Responsibilities

• Gather and document user, business and macro market requirements and feedback through surveys, interviews, and other data collection methods
• Analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations identifying trends, patterns and insights along the way
• Design and implement data collection sources and maintain surveys and interviews to capture user experiences and IT needs
• Build, maintain, and update analytics dashboards to track user satisfaction and other performance metrics
• Conduct forensic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Summarize complex data into understandable formats for stakeholders
• Synthesize data from various sources to provide comprehensive insights into user needs and market best practices
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Ensure financial reports are accurate and provide insights into financial performance
