Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software
• Linux experience
• Additional software: Windows, Networking, Azure, etc
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the IT field

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to end-users for hardware and software issues
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices
• Participate in IT projects and collaborate with senior team members
• Document technical procedures and create user manuals as needed
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and developments

Preferred Qualifications

Previous internship or certification in IT is a plus but not mandatory
