Requirements

  • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms and their management
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and supporting the company’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications
  • Monitor the usage and performance of various SaaS platforms, ensuring compliance with security policies
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and optimize the performance of SaaS tools
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all SaaS applications in use and ensure proper licensing
  • Support the IT team in onboarding new employees, including setting up accounts, providing access to necessary systems, and configuring devices
  • Ensure the timely and secure offboarding of employees, including deactivating accounts and recovering company assets
  • Create and update documentation related to the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in managing user accounts and access rights across various systems and applications
  • Participate in the regular review and auditing of access rights to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions
  • Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or work experience in an IT support or security-related role
  • Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems
  • Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
  • Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
