Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development or a related role
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering learning materials and activities
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and E-learning platforms
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team success
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Responsibilities

  • Design, customize, and maintain learning materials and resources to deliver on defined training outcomes
  • Contribute to the design, configuration, and testing of learning environments
  • Deliver training sessions to diverse audiences, ensuring learning outcomes are achieved
  • Apply a range of learning delivery techniques to enable learners to develop necessary skills and knowledge
  • Provide guidance and support during training, addressing learner questions and challenges
  • Maintain training records and analyze data to assess effectiveness
  • Report training metrics and insights to support informed management decisions
  • Develop and maintain accurate and relevant documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, collect data, and support the development and implementation of solutions
  • Perform routine and non-routine assessments of knowledge, skills, and competencies, providing guidance on assessment methods and tools
  • Contribute to the selection, evaluation, and application of best practices, updating documentation and supporting the use of methods and tools
  • Uphold and promote the company’s Culture Code in all operational activities
  • Ensure full compliance of assigned training with Corporate Policies and InfoSec guidelines
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Proactively address and resolve team issues, participate in peer reviews, and contribute to process improvements
