Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in training and development or a related role
- Proven experience in designing and delivering learning materials and activities
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and E-learning platforms
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team success
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Responsibilities
- Design, customize, and maintain learning materials and resources to deliver on defined training outcomes
- Contribute to the design, configuration, and testing of learning environments
- Deliver training sessions to diverse audiences, ensuring learning outcomes are achieved
- Apply a range of learning delivery techniques to enable learners to develop necessary skills and knowledge
- Provide guidance and support during training, addressing learner questions and challenges
- Maintain training records and analyze data to assess effectiveness
- Report training metrics and insights to support informed management decisions
- Develop and maintain accurate and relevant documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, collect data, and support the development and implementation of solutions
- Perform routine and non-routine assessments of knowledge, skills, and competencies, providing guidance on assessment methods and tools
- Contribute to the selection, evaluation, and application of best practices, updating documentation and supporting the use of methods and tools
- Uphold and promote the companyβs Culture Code in all operational activities
- Ensure full compliance of assigned training with Corporate Policies and InfoSec guidelines
- Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Proactively address and resolve team issues, participate in peer reviews, and contribute to process improvements
