Junior IT Operations Analyst

Summary

The job is a temporary position for a Junior IT Operations Support Analyst at Gopuff's Philadelphia HQ. The role involves maintaining hardware, triaging issues, and assisting other IT teams. The candidate should have knowledge of various operating systems, incident management platforms, endpoint configuration management concepts, and be familiar with hardware asset management.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android
• Knowledge of Incident Management Platforms (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice)
• Understanding of Endpoint Configuration Management Concepts (Intune, JAMF, KACE)
• Familiarity with hardware asset management
• Ability to learn and pick up concepts quickly
• Detailed-oriented, aware of secondary effects resulting from changes
• Experience working both independently or as part of a project group
• Confidence in making wise decisions on your own within generally defined parameters
• Adeptness in investigating problems outside your own knowledge area
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude
• Experience working with virtual/remote staff members

Responsibilities

• Maintain hardware for employees and production systems
• Triage hardware issues
• Prepare hardware to be sent back to the field
• Assist other IT teams, as time permits, on more complex projects
