Business Operations Analyst Junior

Summary

The Business Operations Analyst will contribute to Exoticca's teams and management, ensuring timely updates of current operations, key data points, and activities. This role is vital in growing and scaling the company's operations, aligning on metrics and indicators related to sales and customer service needs.

Requirements

• BA in Business Admin, Economics, or Engineering
• +1 year of experience in a business operational environment
• Excellent Analytical skills (advanced Excel user and comfortable with Data Visualisation tools)
• Fluent in English
• Experience in dynamic & fast-paced environments
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead special projects to guarantee operational excellence in different departments
• Improve already existing systems and monitor team results and performance KPIs
• Track and analyze key metrics of the organization, and deliver regular insights to the business
• Develop and support projections of forecasts
• Own data to ensure the highest standards of data integrity & quality are reinforced

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with BI tools
• Previous experience in Customer-centric environments
