Junior IT Systems Administrator

Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Jr. IT Systems Administrator in King of Prussia, PA, and take up a full-time position providing daily technical support.

Requirements

• College Degree preferably in Computer Science or a related field
• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) training is a plus
• Related experience in systems and network administration
• Knowledge of basic systems administration tools and processes

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problems
• Provide IT support operations, including receiving and tracking user requests, assigning priority and responsible persons, resolving requests and users’ notification
• Install, configure, maintain and upgrades of desktop computer systems and peripherals (e.g., network cards, printers, modems, mice, add-in boards, copiers, etc.)
• Manage asset of desktop computer systems (hardware and software inventories, licensing, systems decommissioning, etc.)
• Document system problems and resolutions
