Summary

As a member of our legal team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal operations and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will assist with legal research, draft and review agreements, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to the development of legal processes and training materials. This role requires a strong background in cross-border employment law and regulated industries, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience with a strong background in cross border employment law matters and regulated industries
- Specialist knowledge of commercial law and contract negotiation
- You will be proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to continually learn and develop professionally
- You will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- You have good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You are fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and provide guidance on regulations, HR and compliance matters
- Support drafting and reviewing agreements, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and regulatory submissions
- Work closely with senior legal counsel on licensing applications, regulatory filings, and ensuring product compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Partner with internal teams such as compliance, finance, and product to ensure legal and regulatory considerations are embedded in business operations
- Contribute to developing and implementing processes to streamline legal operations, contract negotiation, and compliance frameworks
- Help create and maintain legal playbooks, policies, and training materials for internal teams
