Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience (in-house experience is not essential)
• Specialist knowledge of Spanish employment law
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to continually learn and develop professionally
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CV must be submitted in English

Responsibilities

• Provide daily advice on employment laws and regulations to answer client queries
• Draft and review employment agreements, employee handbooks, and other documents for compliance with local employment laws
• Provide counsel to local management and the Human Resources team on a broad range of employment issues
• Contribute to developing and implementing processes for efficient and streamlined operations surrounding contract negotiation and processes
• Help develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and guidelines
