Junior Marketing Designer

Summary

The job description is for a Product Designer position at Simulmedia in Lviv, Ukraine. The role involves building and scaling an end-to-end CTV platform. The core team works remotely with occasional meetings in the office.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in Product Design
• Portfolio and work samples including solution of web-design, and web-interfaces of real commercial work, including design process (research, modeling, ideation), along with unused drafts
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and spacing
• Knowledge about design process and UX research
• Able to work cross-functionally with stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale
• Able to work and iterate fast providing multiple solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills with a mindset focused on fast iterations and continuous improvement
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping
• Passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation
• Stay up to date with the latest Ul trends, design systems, and emerging best practices
• Must be able to communicate with U.S based teams
• Ability to work 11 am — 8 pm EEST

Responsibilities

• Research, sketch, prototype, and test product design decisions
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Support of design discovery activities to help define products, features, and user requirements
• Support and development of design system that unifies the user experience across the product
