Junior Marketing Officer

Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Junior Marketing Officer to create and manage digital content, conduct market research, collaborate with the marketing team, and develop marketing plans. The position is full-time, day shift, Monday to Friday, at Cesna Group's office in Bangkok. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, 1-3 years of Digital Marketing experience, excellent communication skills in English, and Thai nationality are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• Proven experience 1-3 years of Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication
• Experience in content development and website design
• Experience with relevant markets and trends
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent written and oral communication in English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for websites, social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
• Utilize creative design skills to produce visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for online marketing campaigns
• Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
• Develop both long-term and short-term marketing plans to achieve marketing goals
• Write and revise content that promotes our products and services
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain social media presence
