Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management methodologies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team environment
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
• Act as the central point of contact between creative, marketing, e-commerce, and external partners/agencies
• Build project timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure key milestones are met
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics and project outcomes
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and campaign success
