Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Demand or Merchandise Planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in forecasting
- E-commerce or marketplace experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across all business levels
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on trade-offs and working capital impact
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; experience with merchandising software and ERP systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, merchandising, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts for each brand and channel
- Monitor actual sales against forecasts, identifying and communicating trends and outliers
- Implement weekly and monthly performance reviews to track trends and actions
- Participate in the implementation of new planning tools and systems
- Develop inventory purchase plans aligned with financial targets for the Procurement team
- Manage end-to-end inventory health, escalating actions and issues as necessary
- Collaborate with Brand Managers, Procurement, and Logistics to optimize inventory levels across regions
- Maintain and share KPI dashboards for comprehensive inventory management
- Conduct weekly stock risk and critical path meetings with Supply Chain and Brand management
