Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Demand or Merchandise Planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in forecasting
  • E-commerce or marketplace experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities across all business levels
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on trade-offs and working capital impact
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; experience with merchandising software and ERP systems is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, merchandising, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts for each brand and channel
  • Monitor actual sales against forecasts, identifying and communicating trends and outliers
  • Implement weekly and monthly performance reviews to track trends and actions
  • Participate in the implementation of new planning tools and systems
  • Develop inventory purchase plans aligned with financial targets for the Procurement team
  • Manage end-to-end inventory health, escalating actions and issues as necessary
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers, Procurement, and Logistics to optimize inventory levels across regions
  • Maintain and share KPI dashboards for comprehensive inventory management
  • Conduct weekly stock risk and critical path meetings with Supply Chain and Brand management
