Junior Narrative Designer

Summary

The job description is for a Junior Narrative/Game Designer role at PlayMe Studio, where the main task is to contribute to the crafting of an interactive dating game's story and characters. Requirements

• Understanding of what makes a great interactive story
• Strong content writing skills
• Understanding of narrative structure
• Ability to write interactive dialogues
• Solid ability to integrate learning goals into narrative structures
• Ability to write, iterate, and revise work under tight deadlines
• Technical comfort with excel spreadsheets and/or other content design systems

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and adapt characters dialogue
• Develop and submit a task to the writers
• Write and maintain Design documents for all narrative elements
• Integrate a script from the writers to the Tech scenario
• Prepare and assemble new stories in Unity
• Review builds and provide feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with casual games
• Experience with Unity
• Understanding of current social media and pop culture
