Junior Operations QA Specialist

Requirements

• Student (of the last year) or graduate from Business, Management, Data Analysis, or similar field
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
• Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things change quickly

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to customer service and sales agents' calls to identify pain points, areas of improvement, and adherence to established processes using pre-prepared questionnaire forms
• Read and analyze customer support tickets to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process enhancement
• Document findings from data collection activities clearly and concisely to contribute to comprehensive process documentation/improvement
• Independently analyze customer interactions and develop data-driven recommendations for process improvement, while collaborating with the team as needed
