Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Prior experience in Payment operations within e-commerce or within a high-volume environment
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Availability to work day or night shifts

Responsibilities

  • Play a crucial role in the day-to-day monitoring and tracking of payment transactions
  • Assist in identifying payment issues, discrepancies, and potential risks, promptly escalating them for resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment-related concerns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in gaming industry trends and familiarity with gaming platforms
  • Knowledge of payment trends and user interactions with the MENA region
