Requirements

• Exceptional skills in model and still-life photography
• Assertive and constructive approach in directing models on set
• Proven experience in digital photography in a commercial studio environment
• Strong understanding of color correction and exposure
• Ability to work well under pressure and achieve deadlines
• Detail oriented and creative, proactive and able to take initiative
• Strong technical knowledge, and advanced exposure in using Capture One
• Ability to work well within a team and individually
• Offer solutions to the studio and wider business

Responsibilities

• Capture realistic imagery of Reiss clothing and non-clothing products according to brand guidelines and creative direction
• Represent the product in an elevated way to showcase design features and appeal to customers
• Digital support for model sets using in-house systems and Capture One software
• Shooting menswear, womenswear, and kidswear on model, as well as still life & cut-out photography
• Capture, process, name, and transfer imagery in accordance with daily schedules, product launch dates, and guidelines
• Assist with studio administrative tasks including updating the daily shotlists and trackers, communicating photography status to the business
• Responsible for file management to ensure all imagery is saved in an organized folder hierarchy for efficient delivery to retouch
• Produce documentation and guides for consistency across products and sets
• Prepare sets and check photographic equipment is in good working order and highlight the need for any repairs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in ecommerce photography is beneficial but not mandatory
