Junior Product Designer

Summary

Join Feedzai's Product UX Team as a Junior Product Designer and contribute to creating engaging and efficient experiences for our B2B customers. You will be part of a growing global team redesigning our RiskOps platform. Your responsibilities include collaborating with various teams, participating in user research, designing holistic user experiences, and developing design assets. This role requires 1-2 years of UX experience, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Figma. Familiarity with B2B software and design systems is preferred. Feedzai offers a supportive onboarding experience and a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience across all stages of the UX process, including discovery, user needs definition, concept design, validation, and creating high-fidelity UI specifications for development
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or the equivalent practical experience
• Strong communication skills (in English), enabling effective collaboration within cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of best practices and standards for designing complex, data-rich enterprise applications
• Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping

Responsibilities

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to craft solutions that align user needs with business objectives. Deliver effective and efficient user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction
• Participate in User Research: Assist in conducting user research through interviews, surveys, journey mapping, and usability testing to uncover insights that guide design decisions
• Design Holistic User Experiences: Contribute to defining end-to-end user journeys, ensuring consistency, cohesion, and optimization for a variety of user scenarios
• Develop Design Assets: Create wireframes, prototypes, UI components, and interactive flows that align with the platform’s overall design and experience vision. Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality UI implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with B2B software, particularly within the financial industry (beneficial)
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively about complex design challenges
• Exceptional attention to detail, understanding how small elements influence the overall user experience
