Summary

Join our team as a Junior Product Manager and contribute to the quality and timely delivery of product features and bug fixes. Collaborate with various teams to enhance platform performance and address customer issues. Become a product expert, conduct UAT, investigate customer support issues, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Define specifications for features and optionally support the engineering team and provide customer support. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in product management or program management
  • Proficiency with Jira for project and issue tracking
  • Comfortable working with product analytics tools to inform decisions (experience with PostHog or similar is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Based in LATAM
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert on the product’s features and functionality
  • Own and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all features and bug fixes within the release cycle to ensure a high-quality user experience
  • Investigate and triage escalated customer support issues, working with data teams to identify root causes
  • Proactively analyze customer support data to uncover potential bugs and areas for product improvement
  • Define detailed specifications for backend-heavy features to ensure clear requirements for engineering
  • Support the engineering team in tracking and managing the release cycle to optimize developer bandwidth
  • Provide tier 2 customer support for complex inquiries beyond standard FAQs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background or familiarity with APIs, databases, or software development concepts is desirable
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments is a bonus
