Junior Product Manager

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in product management, ideally with experience in blockchain or other emerging technologies
• Strong ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders in a professional, accurate and timely manner
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including decentralization, and blockchain architecture. Familiarity with smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) is a plus
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and evaluate product success
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders both cross functionally and externally to deliver time sensitive project outcomes
• Strong focus on understanding user needs, with experience in conducting user research or working closely with UX teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, solving complex problems and driving projects to completion
• Comfortable working in an evolving, high-growth environment, adjusting strategies and priorities to meet business needs

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and Aurora Cloud customers, prioritizing them based on impact and feasibility. Translate these into clear, actionable product requirements for the tech team
• Support the growth team in scoping future clients’ project by understanding the client’s requirements and matching them to our offering
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales and marketing teams to ensure effective execution and delivery of features from concept to launch
• Keep stakeholders informed of product development progress, gathering feedback to refine and improve products
• Use data to make informed product decisions, setting and tracking KPIs to assess product success and drive continuous improvement
• Engage with users and clients and collect feedback to ensure our products deliver value, maintain a competitive edge, and improve user satisfaction
• Lead go-to-market efforts for new product releases, including planning, coordinating, and executing product launches in collaboration with other teams in the business
