Summary
Join Kiln as a Junior Product Manager and contribute to building a product suite that enables customers to seamlessly offer yield on digital assets. You will participate in the product lifecycle, define requirements, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, gather customer feedback, analyze product performance, and stay updated on industry developments. This role requires 2+ years of product management experience, a technical background, strong analytical and communication skills, and product acumen. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management
- Technical background or demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and work well with engineering teams. You are sufficiently curious and motivated to dig into the details of how products work and can explain technical concepts
- Analytical mind and rigorous communication. You enjoy and are good at synthesising complex information and conveying your learnings both in oral and written format
- Strong product acumen, you have opinions about great products and can put yourself in the shoes of both a retail and B2B user in the staking space
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scaleup environment
Responsibilities
- Participate in the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to integration, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
- Define product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Communicate internally and externally about product requirements
- Engage with customers (exchanges, wallets, asset managersβ¦), gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and facilitating product onboarding
- Analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the crypto industry, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new feature developments
