Summary
Join Docplanner as a Junior Product Manager and contribute to the Revenue team's mission of enabling sustainable business growth. Lead internal projects across multiple teams, gathering and clarifying requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into actionable tasks for developers and ensure proper documentation. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in project or product management and a proven track record in end-to-end project delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project or product management
- Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery
- Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience supporting and improving existing tools and internal systems
- Solid understanding of how to work effectively with software development teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of internal projects across multiple teams at DocPlanner, including Marketing, Sales, and Product
- Gathering and clarifying requirements from stakeholders
- Translating business needs into clear, actionable tasks for developers
- Coordinating and overseeing the implementation of new features
- Ensuring proper documentation and usage guidelines are created and maintained
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge in SQL or open to learn
- Preview experience with payments
- Worked with UX building user frameworks
