Requirements

• 2 years or more of internet product manager work experience
• Experience in project management
• Strong system design planning ability and excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using Axure, Office, and other design tools to complete detailed PRD documents and prototype designs
• Active thinking, clear logical reasoning, and the ability to clearly express ideas and insights
• Familiarity with the financial, securities, and futures trading industry

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in planning and designing various products (trading, finance, quantitative, social)
• Conduct market research and follow up on competitors' dynamics
• Discover new value-added scenarios and improve product competitiveness
• Drive communication and team coordination between upstream and downstream teams, and facilitate product development deployment
