Responsibilities
- Providing project/program controls and management services as a key member of the PMA team supporting the Capital Programs Department
- Attending meetings with clients; following up on action items; producing work products; reviewing invoices; providing change order and schedule reviews, cost reporting, and monthly reporting/dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project design and construction elements is strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in the design or construction process is strongly preferred
- Exceptional ability to stay organized and handle multiple action items required
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or related scheduling tools, PMIS Systems, or similar software is strongly preferred
- Experience with Project Management Scheduling concepts such as activity definition & sequencing, resource and activity duration estimating baseline analysis, and Earned Value is preferred
- Experience developing and maintaining project progress reports is preferred
