Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in engineering, construction management, or related field required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams required

Responsibilities

  • Providing project/program controls and management services as a key member of the PMA team supporting the Capital Programs Department
  • Attending meetings with clients; following up on action items; producing work products; reviewing invoices; providing change order and schedule reviews, cost reporting, and monthly reporting/dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project design and construction elements is strongly preferred
  • 1-3 years of related experience in the design or construction process is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional ability to stay organized and handle multiple action items required
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or related scheduling tools, PMIS Systems, or similar software is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Project Management Scheduling concepts such as activity definition & sequencing, resource and activity duration estimating baseline analysis, and Earned Value is preferred
  • Experience developing and maintaining project progress reports is preferred
