Requirements
- Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in an IT or technical environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant project management tools
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Attend all rollout meetings, taking accurate notes to ensure that all discussions, decisions, and action items are properly documented
- Prepare and distribute meeting summaries via email, including action items, deadlines, and to-dos to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accountability
- Prepare and generate quotes as required for various projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements
- Manage and process bulk upload requests for multiple rollout stores ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Handle hardware returns, including follow-up on return requests, to ensure proper resolution and thorough documentation
