Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead projects from start to finish
• Monitor the adherence of deadlines and budgets
• Collaborate with the creative team for intuitive, appealing landing pages, user experiences, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with the content team to communicate information accurately
• Collaborate with IT and performance marketing teams to implement technical requirements successfully
• Monitor project progress, report to management, and identify potential problems or risks
• Communicate updates and manage expectations of various stakeholders
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in course communication and production processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup environment, marketing agency, or digital field
• Experience using project management tools like Asana and Airtable
