Junior Project Manager

Summary

The job is for a UX Designer at GoGoX, a pioneering logistics and transportation platform. Requirements

• Process thinking & Problem solving ability
• Communication skills in English
• Procedural thinking skills to create a proper IT solution and deliver it to IT engineers
• Ability and knowledge that finding a suggestions for better service and its process based on market, competitor and VOC analysis
• Basic understanding following softwares: Jira, Notion and Google Spreadsheets
• Basic knowledge about scrum methodology

Responsibilities

• Define user experience flow on WEB/APP
• Define features, components, input and output of product
• Support software engineers to clarify scopes
• Manage ticket from design to delivery
• Communication support between Engineer and UI Designer, based on UX and its feature's understanding
• Lead scrum events

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or knowledge Java Script and SQL (prefer)
