Junior QA Engineer

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in manual testing of Mobile App
• Strong knowledge of theory of testing, ability to apply techniques of test design
• Experience working with Android studio and Xcode, knowledge of SDLC
• Experience working with requirements and specifications
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to find not only the problem, but also the cause-and-effect relationship
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Testrail
• Basic knowledge of Windows/MacOS/Linux
• Experience working with logs
• Experience working with client-server architecture
• Knowledge of binary and hexadecimal number systems

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of Mobile App
• Find problems not only in Desktop Application but also in other parts of the system (Server, Mobile App, RTOS)
• Apply WhiteBox testing method based on knowledge of Python
• Perform UI/UX testing
• Perform BE testing for localization of problems
• Work with QA Tools (MoсkServer, emulators)
• Participate in analysis and update of documentation
• Estimate tasks
• Interact with other teams and departments (developers, designers, business analysts)
• Interact with participants of Beta Test and Support team
• Participate in optimization of testing processes
• Work with Git and Jenkins

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with REST API or gRPC
• Experience working with Kibana
• Experience working with performance testing, localization testing, installation testing, failover and recovery testing
