Junior Reconciliation Analyst

Summary

The Junior Reconciliation analyst will manage and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance, analyze account discrepancies, prepare financial statements, and work closely with other departments to resolve any issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting, in Payment, or financial reconciliation will be considered an advantage
• Good English level
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank statements and other financial records
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly
• Analyze account discrepancies and investigate any irregularities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
