Requirements

• Superior attention to detail
• 2+ years of experience in order processing
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in data entry, Excel and Salesforce
• A verifiable track record of working with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for initiating renewals, generate quotes, navigate internal approvals, and process purchase orders
• Support the sales teams in maintaining data integrity in our CRM system
• Be able to speak with clients in a professional manner
• Escalate concerns promptly and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely renewals
• Execute on a high volume of tasks methodically
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, operations, or other back-office roles preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
