Junior Renewals Coordinator

Summary

Join Zipdev as a Junior Renewals Coordinator and contribute to our client's growth strategy. You will support Renewal Associates by ensuring timely and accurate renewal quotes and forecasting. This role involves close collaboration with partners and internal teams to obtain pricing, update Salesforce data, and generate reports. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, relevant experience in sales support for SaaS companies, and strong mathematical and software skills. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering
• 1-2 years of professional experience as a Renewal Specialist, Coordinator, or related
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support for SaaS companies
• Salesforce experience
• Quoting experience
• Strong mathematical skills
• Basic Excel, Word, PowerPoint Skills

Responsibilities

• Work closely with partners to get accurate cost quotes and turn around customer facing quotes
• Build partner and distributor relationships in order to get timely and accurate pricing
• Build strong relationships with internal team to meet renewal deadlines
• Use QuoteWerks to create customer renewal quotes
• Work closely with Renewal Associates to update Salesforce data and provide accurate forecasting to management
• Put together reports based on renewal order KPI’s
• Assist the Renewals Specialists with order follow up
• Ad Hoc Operations Assistance
