Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (market research, data analytics, & preferably knowledge in DevOps)
• Passion for technology
• Strong analytics, interpretive, & problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with pivot tables and other tools for data analytics and visualisation
• Strong written communication
• Ability to prioritize numerous projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion
• Aptitude for learning new tools and skills
• Experience working in a remote-first environment

Responsibilities

• Identifying content ideas
• Conducting small-scale research
• Assisting in conducting large research studies
• Analysing data and combining data sources into reports
• Drafting social posts to share our research findings
• Creating short summaries to promote new content
• Monitoring media opportunities and coordinating responses
• Tracking content performance
• Experiment with AI tools to support your work
