Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• First experience in a RevOps department with Salesforce, in a SaaS environment is a plus
• Proficiency in Salesforce or business tools administration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for sales and cross-functional teams, providing prompt and efficient support for their Salesforce / Revenue tools-related queries and issues
• Play a crucial role in managing the deal desk, including the management of deal approval processes and support on quoting, ensuring smooth operations
• Assist in maintaining and updating the Salesforce environment, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
• Conduct engaging training sessions to enhance the Salesforce skills of sales and cross-functional teams, helping them to use the platform effectively
• Create and share reports with sales and cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights into performance metrics
• Identify areas for process improvement within the Salesforce environment and implement changes to enhance efficiency and user experience
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of Salesforce and business processes, guidelines, and best practices
