Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Majors in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM management and data entry
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance metrics
  • Monitor the Deal Verification queue to ensure quote policies, quote timeliness, contract policies, and deal close processes are being adhered to and escalate issues as needed
  • Support sales meetings, ensure data integrity and correct display of data
  • Review quote and data exceptions with sales teams along with other sales resources and follow-up on action items
  • Help streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct research to support sales strategies and initiatives
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and sales meetings
  • Participate in the implementation of sales tools and technologies
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Ensure the integrity of Salesforce data

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Word or Google Docs with strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
