Junior Salesforce Core Consultant

Summary

The job is for a Junior Salesforce Core Consultant at DEPT®. The role involves implementing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for clients. Key responsibilities include taking ownership of the process from analysis to deployment, collaborating with clients, and working in a young and diverse environment.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of experience with the Salesforce platform
• Have at least one Salesforce certification: (advanced) Admin and/or Platform App Builder preferrably complemented with a consultant certification)
• Experience with implementing and supporting Sales and Service Cloud
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and objectives
• Configure and implement Salesforce solutions that align with client needs and best practices
• Experience with implementing custom solutions based on declarative tools (like flow)
• Speak English fluently and preferably one European language like Dutch or German

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions tailored to meet clients' needs
• Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce functionalities
• Take loads of ownership for the whole process from process analysis to requirements gathering to configuration and deployment
