Junior Site Reliability Engineer

Summary

Join Loggi's Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team and contribute to the development and evolution of the infrastructure supporting our production systems. We focus on reliability, scalability, observability, and security, ensuring engineering teams can develop with agility and security. You will support the architecture and development of scalable solutions, working in multidisciplinary teams. The role involves working with a wide variety of technologies and techniques to solve challenges, focusing on automation and efficiency. Requirements

• Have initial experience or relevant academic background in Software Engineering, Systems Administration, or related areas, with interest in working as an SRE (Site Reliability Engineer)
• Possess practical knowledge of cloud environments, especially AWS, with interest in deepening topics such as scalable, secure, and resilient architecture
• Have notions of Kubernetes and containers (Docker), with basic experience in creating pods, services, and interest in learning tools such as Helm, Argo CD, and cluster management
• Be familiar with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch, or OpenTelemetry, focusing on monitoring and alerts
• Show interest and/or experience in applications based on microservices architecture, with basic knowledge of messaging using Kafka or similar tools
• Have initial contact with infrastructure as code using Terraform, with understanding of versioning and code organization in reusable modules
• Be able to learn quickly, identify simple problems, and propose improvements under guidance, focusing on reliability and automation of operational processes
• Have a mindset focused on automation and efficiency, seeking to reduce repetitive manual tasks through scripts and tools
• Demonstrate good communication, proactivity, and willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and constantly learning environment
