Requirements

• A passion for the culinary arts and delivering an excellent guest experience
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team; strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in Western Kitchen
• Previous experience working in a similar role
• As the primary language of communication with the Executive Chef, an intermediate level of English is essential
• Ability to organize the work and to manage the team
• Willingness to learn, and also to develop the team

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes under the direction of the Executive Chef and in collaboration with the Senior Sous Chef
• Assisting with the preparation and execution of menus including a la carte, multi-course meals, and private service
• Following all established recipes, techniques, and sanitation guidelines to ensure consistent quality and safety standards
• Monitoring food inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is maintained in good working order and reporting any maintenance issues to the Executive Chef
• Training and supervision of the reporting team members
