Requirements

• Must be local to Connecticut or New York
• Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, and/or the service industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of performance
• Availability to work after hours to answer inquiries is required

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement
• Source candidates through various channels
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates

Preferred Qualifications

• Digital, social media, and AI expertise is a PLUS
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients or corporate leadership is highly preferred
