Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent) Psychology, Human resources management or similar field
- Your ideal work experience would be 0 or 1 years in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Basic skills of: recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures including pipeline management, recruiting tools, sourcing channels
Responsibilities
- Be constantly looking for people who adapt and converse with the values and culture of our brand
- You must breathe and really understand our strategy and be able to convey the purpose of our brand when you search for people
- Act as single point of contact for hiring managers and be responsible for regular updates and communication about processes with them
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Submit brief reports on the shortlists you select to proceed to the next phases of interviews
- Arrange meetings between stakeholders/managers and relevant candidates
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals and meet with our Raven Profile
- Maintain our Pool as up-to-date as possible and attract talent through LinkedIn
- Support in the creation of an internship program
- Support in establishing relationships with universities in Chile, Mexico, and Spain
