Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Longbow Advantage is responsible for managing the full recruitment process, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, updating the ATS, reviewing CVs, sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, standardizing processes and templates, providing a professional candidate experience, writing job descriptions, performing background and reference checks, attending job fairs, and other events. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English and French), has experience in technical recruitment, understanding of technology, supply chain industry or WMS, ATS, Boolean searches, working with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, owning the full recruitment process, and is able to multitask and work multiple open positions simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Experience with Technical Recruitment and understanding of technology
  • Experience in Supply Chain industry or Warehouse Management Systems is highly preferred
  • Experience working with an ATS
  • Experience working with Boolean Searches
  • Experience working with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sources
  • Experience maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Experience owning the full recruitment process
  • Fully Bilingual (French and English)
  • Ability to multi-task and work multiple open positions simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates either through passive or active candidates
  • Maintain ATS up to date
  • Review CVs received to our ATS from multiple channels, as well as use Boolean searches to identify the relevant candidates for our job openings
  • Work with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to source candidates in the US and Canada
  • Ensure standardized processes and templates are utilized
  • Work with the HR Director to propose and implement new and creative methods to increase quality and quantity of applicants
  • Provide a responsive and professional candidate experience
  • Work with our HR Director to understand recruitment needs, and be able to provide the necessary recruitment services needed
  • Write Job Descriptions based on requirements
  • Perform background and reference checks
  • Attend job fairs, and other events
