Responsibilities

• Handle various recruitment tasks, such as posting job openings, processing job applications, and managing applicant communications
• Contribute to building the employer's image, improving employee and applicant experiences, collaborating with educational institutions, organizing personnel events, and using HR systems
• Create employer-related content, such as career stories or blog posts
• Be responsible for project-based tasks with training and mentoring support from colleagues
