Summary

The job is for a User Experience Designer who will identify and design improvements for the organization's global websites and digital platforms, collaborate with colleagues on UX projects, manage projects from research to prototype approval, contribute to user journey reviews, run workshops, develop a digital design system, work with the marketing team on user research, and be the point person for ad-hoc UX decisions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience of designing UX solutions that drive tangible impact on organizational objectives and support brand strategy
  • Ability to conduct competitor analysis & benchmarking, create user journeys, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Keen eye for user-centric design, coupled with knowledge of UX for accessibility and inclusion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to bring about change
  • Ability to define UX research objectives and deliver on the results
  • Experience working with complex organizations – either in-house or agency-side - managing multiple audiences, objectives, and priorities
  • Experience of working within a global organization that communicates in multiple languages
  • Demonstrable track-record of staying ahead of UX trends
  • Experience working directly with developers to optimize CMS website set-up

Responsibilities

  • Identify and design improvements to the user experience
  • Review and improve usability, accessibility, and aesthetics of websites and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to identify and prioritize UX projects
  • Manage UX projects from research through to the approval of wireframes and prototypes
  • Present concepts to internal and external stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and advocate for the user throughout
  • Support and contribute to the review and redesign of key user journeys
  • Run workshops for internal stakeholders to define objectives and priorities
  • Develop a digital design system for application across digital channels
  • Work with the wider Marketing team and technology colleagues to shape and conduct user research
  • Be CLIENT’s point person for ad-hoc UX design decisions through continuous improvement exercises

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience conducting UX testing and research using a range of tools and methodologies
  • Experience of UX design for B2B audiences
