Junior UX/UI Designer

Summary

Join our team as a Junior to Midweight UX/UI Designer in London or remotely! Design intuitive user experiences for web-based financial platforms. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs. Your role will span from wireframes to polished prototypes, significantly impacting our products' digital experience. You will work closely with the marketing team to maintain the website and incorporate accessibility best practices. Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries. Requirements

• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design for web platforms
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch)
• Solid understanding of responsive design and usability principles
• Excellent communication and collaborations skills
• A detail-oriented mindset and user-first approach to design
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and inclusive design

Responsibilities

• Design user-centred interfaces for web platforms
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Work alongside product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals
• Work with the marketing team to maintain the website
