Junior/Mid DevOps Engineer

Summary

The job description is for a mid-level DevOps Engineer at EXUS AI Labs to support large-scale Research and Innovation Projects in various sectors. The role involves managing infrastructure of software solutions, building and deploying application code, collaborating with teams, ensuring robust deployments, infrastructure management, troubleshooting issues, improving processes, and requiring specific skills in Git, Docker, CI/CD tools, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Prometheus, Grafana.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Computer Science (MSc studies will be appreciated)
• At least two years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Proficiency in Git, Docker, Shell Scripting
• Strong experience in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform
• Experience in Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Building and deploying application code to cloud and on-premises servers through CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborating with software development teams providing infrastructure support
• Ensuring robust, scalable, secure, and cost-efficient deployments
• Infrastructure management and system administration
• Collaborating with IT team to troubleshoot issues
• Improving and automating continuous processes and practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience in applications deployment on the cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Experience in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana
