Summary

Join our team as a Key Account Manager and drive world-class account management, bringing SharkNinja products to life on-air and online at HSN. As the relationship owner for HSN, this position is responsible for driving POS, Revenue, and Profitability metrics, working closely with HSN merchants in collaboration with SharkNinja corporate teams to exceed KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years in account management or merchandising
  • HSN / QVC Experience preferred
  • Execution & detail focused; mindful of key milestones and a demonstrated ability to create and adhere to a schedule to ensure success
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, complimented by effective oral and written communication
  • Critical decision making, based on financial analysis of multiple scenarios to drive profitable growth, often diving into the details and understanding what comprises & drives contribution margin $ and %
  • BA / BS Degree or equivalent
  • Ability to travel approximately 6 times per year

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to achieve SharkNinja targets while exceeding retailer benchmarks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to HSN, establishing and nurturing strong corporate relationships to drive growth and increase market share
  • Demonstrate best in class account management, driving growth in Revenue, POS, and Margin
  • Drive customer growth and profitability. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, strategic sales, supply, demand, product, and finance) to develop new items, manage spend, and optimize the supply chain
  • Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and funding to drive profitability while fostering a mutually beneficial partnership with HSN
  • Collaborate with external partners (on-air sales, HSN guests, hosts) to ensure seamless execution of best-in-class live TV demonstrations that drive sell thru
  • Collaborate with demand planning and supply chain teams to optimize the flow of goods, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment
