Requirements

• Experience in technical writing or working in knowledge operations
• The ability to break down complex systems into simple, understandable language
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to analyze data, user feedback, and performance metrics to identify content gaps and areas for improvement
• Strong research background or abilities to quickly gather and understand new information about systems, products, or business areas

Responsibilities

• Breaking Down Complexity: Taking technical, sometimes complicated SOPs and turning them into articles that anyone can follow
• Content Alignment: Making sure every piece you write is useful and aligned with what matters most for our audiences and business targets. Internal and external content must match to prevent gaps
• Collaboration & Feedback: Working closely with product managers to ensure your content aligns with customer user journeys on new product feature launches
• Quality Focus: Ensuring that everything you write meets internal quality standards and is continuously improved based on input from users and teams
