Summary

Lime is hiring a Knowledge Sharing Manager for its Central Operations team to oversee all Knowledge Programs. The role involves enabling easy knowledge sharing among Lime Operators. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an evolving startup environment, be adept at problem-solving, and have expertise in Knowledge Sharing standards and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management or equivalent field - preferred
  • 5 -7 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Own, develop and maintain Lime's Operations Knowledge Sharing programs
  • Define, create, and refine metrics, reports, and dashboards for Knowledge Sharing
  • Gain a deep understanding of each Operator's use case to optimize the Knowledge Sharing programs
  • Build metrics, tools, and mechanisms tailored for Central Operations content creators
  • Enhance communication effectiveness across Operations
  • Advocate for and coach on effective Knowledge Sharing methods to empower both content creators and audiences
  • Align the Knowledge Sharing culture, strategy, and roadmap across Operations, People, Product, Legal, and IT
  • Create and maintain comprehensive resources for Lime Operators

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building a function from the ground up, including designing and implementing the program framework, metrics, and selecting appropriate tools and software to support program objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and dive deep into operational details to creatively solve problems, find ways to improve, and track results
  • First-hand experience with Knowledge Sharing standards and methodologies (i.e. knowledge mapping, taxonomy, lessons learned, after-action review (AAR), Communities of Practice (CoP), content management, tacit knowledge capture)
