Remote KOL Operations Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a KOL Marketing Specialist and help us source and review the right influencers for each campaign, onboard and oversee day-to-day interactions, define creative strategy, and produce branded content to support business growth.

Requirements

2+ years of Web3 experience is required

Responsibilities

• Source and review for the right KOLs/influencers match for each campaign of Mantle
• Onboard and oversee day-to-day interactions with KOLs
• Define creative strategy for branded content, draft creative briefs and negotiate influencer/KOL deliverable agreements
• Work with social media and business partners to identify new opportunities in KOL marketing field for Mantle, such as content co-creation, AMAs, etc
• Produce and quality control branded content with influencers/KOLs to support milestone events (product launches, major marketing moments, etc.)
• Establish and well maintain long term relationships with valuable KOLs
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Mantle Ecosystem to conduct KOL marketing activities to support business growth
• Conduct data analysis of KOL performance to drive informed decision-making and strategy adjustments

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong operational skills, including negotiation, content support, and cost tracking
• Ability to evaluate KOL performance and adjust strategies for market fit and efficiency
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities
• Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to balance operations with strategy
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, communications, or a related field preferred
