Remote Kronos Consultant

Summary

We seek an experienced Kronos Consultant with expertise in Kronos (UKG) and UltiPro (UKG Pro) for a remote 3 to 6-month contract role. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll migration support, specifically from Kronos to Workday, and data retrieval for legacy UltiPro records.

• Proven experience as a Kronos Consultant with a strong background in both Kronos and UltiPro systems
• Demonstrated expertise in payroll migration projects, particularly from Kronos to Workday
• Strong understanding of data retrieval and management for legacy payroll systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

Responsibilities

• Led the payroll migration process from Kronos to Workday, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption
• Retrieve, analyze, and manage data from legacy UltiPro records for accurate migration and compliance purposes
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the payroll migration process promptly
• Document all processes and provide training/support as needed to ensure smooth transitions
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
