Summary

Join Aya Healthcare, a top workplace award winner, and lead full-cycle sales for their Workforce AI product. You will develop the strategic sales playbook, engage in consultative sales with healthcare executives, partner with clinical experts, drive client expansion, and provide market feedback. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of top sales experience in healthcare or SaaS, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of success selling to C-level executives. Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years as a top sales producer within the healthcare or SaaS industries is required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Capable of handling technical product demos and translating complex workflows into clear ROI
  • Must have a proven track record as a top performer, with demonstrated success selling to C-level executives
  • An insatiable desire to win and relentless drive to succeed
  • Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle sales for Workforce AI
  • Own and develop the strategic sales playbook, including messaging, discovery, automation, and drip campaigns
  • Work closely with the VP of Implementation and current Director (who built the product and early client base)
  • Engage in a deeply consultative sales process with healthcare executives to understand workforce needs and demonstrate product value
  • Partner with nursing SNEs (clinical experts) on calls to solution for complex healthcare staffing challenges
  • Drive expansion and upsell efforts with existing clients
  • Coordinate closely with our Workforce Solutions Team and explore MSP and AI integration opportunities
  • Provide market feedback to shape product roadmap

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like UKG, Kronos, ShiftWizard strongly preferred
